Like all the best adventures, the journey to Amadoria started by accident.
During my first jewellery course ten years ago, I was shopping for a special pair of earrings, but I couldn't find what I wanted. So I made them myself. Every time I wore them, I’d get compliments and questions – and very quickly, I started getting requests!
At first, I made pieces for friends and family, for the sheer love of it. Then they got noticed, and word started to spread. I gradually widened my collection and soon, I was being invited to show my pieces to buyers across Europe, and beyond.
Now, clients worldwide can order from my website, and we still provide the same personal attention that Amadoria was founded on. But I also love showing my pieces at private venues in London, Paris, Brussels, Geneva, New York and elsewhere. As a native Parisian, who has lived in several countries, meeting such a diverse range of clients is one of the things I enjoy most.
Men are fans of Amadoria, too. Our jewellery makes such a wonderful gift for a special woman. It’s beautiful, stylish, versatile – and because every piece is unique, she’ll know that he put extra care into choosing it, just for her. With so much variety in our collection, he can always find something she is sure to love.
My collection changes constantly. I’m always combining colours and shapes in fresh, exciting ways. Or finding alternative ways to wear the same piece. And I’m fascinated by the endless variety of gems: their origins; their formulation; the way nature always surprises us. I always look for unusual colours or textures; some interesting feature that makes a stone special. Then I create a design that lets the light work its magic, so this unique beauty can shine through. I simply help nature to speak for itself.
I feel the same about my clients. Every woman is unique, so why shouldn’t her jewellery be just as individual? It should enhance your own special beauty; your personality; your style. Whether you’re going to the opera, or meeting a friend for coffee, your jewellery is an expression of you. We want every piece of Amadoria to be special and admired – justlike our clients.
